Call for Papers

Jigawa Journal of Environmental and Earth Sciences (JIJEES)

The Editorial Board welcomes high-quality contributions that advance knowledge and research in environmental and earth sciences and related disciplines. JIJEES is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published twice annually (May and September).

We invite original research articles, review papers, theoretical studies, and short communications (synopses) in the following fields:

  1. Environmental Sciences
  2. Geography
  3. Geology
  4. Urban and Regional Planning
  5. Pure and Applied Sciences
  6. Earth Sciences
  7. Applied Research and Innovations
  8. Related interdisciplinary fields

Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be submitted in an editable Microsoft Word format as email attachments to: jijees@fud.edu.ng

  1. Review Fee: ₦7,000 (payable upon submission to the JIJEES Account at FUD Microfinance Bank).
  2. Publication Fee: ₦25,000 (required upon manuscript acceptance).
  3. Formatting: Times New Roman, 12-point font, A4 paper size, double-spaced, with a maximum length of 20 pages. Manuscripts must include an abstract (max 250 words) and 4–5 keywords.
